Are You THRIVING in 2024?


A common misconception in the real estate industry is that teams only exist as a lead-generating jumping-off point for agents. I want to challenge that. 


In 2023, Pemberton Homes went through a total revamp of our systems, structures, and priorities. We went from being a regular real estate team that provided leads and some collaboration to a place where agents can grow both personally and professionally while feeling in control and completely supported along the way. If done correctly, a real team can help agents absolutely THRIVE in their business in a very sustainable way.


Even with the best fit, a team environment is not for everyone. The best fit is an agent who has unwavering integrity, infectious energy, is growth-minded, and comes from a place of abundance. In our market, there is no shortage of opportunities. There is only a shortage of agents who want to learn how to make the most out of those opportunities through growth and training. 


In an effort to better the real estate community as a whole, we would love to open our three weekly trainings to you. All hosted on both Zoom and at our headquarters in Edina, these trainings are invaluable to your business growth, and there is never any strings attached if you choose to join us. 


We hold trainings at the following time/places:

Tuesdays: 11am

Wednesdays: 12pm (noon)

Thursdays: 10am

In-person: 7645 Metro Blvd, Edina (email us for the door code)
