With July right around the corner, none of us can allow an opportunity for new business to pass us by. One of the best ways to shore up more business is to maximize every listing to its fullest potential. By turning a single opportunity into multiple opportunities, your business will start to sustain itself off of referrals.
The best way to do this is to lean into the neighborhood where you are listing a home. Introduce your listing as soon as it hits the market. Invite the neighbors to a neighborhood exclusive open house. Once the listing goes under contract, send a thank you note for putting up with the extra traffic from the open houses and let them know the home is under contract. At closing, send them a mailer explaining how much traffic it had and that there are many other buyers who are interested in their neighborhood. Throw the sellers a moving party and invite the neighbors. Once you have a review from your listing, send it out to the neighbors and let them know you're ready to help them with their move, too.
At every step, make sure you are capturing information to add to your CRM and start sending your marketing to them consistently. If you do this enough times, you'll start to see your hard work pay off because you'll become their real estate agent of choice. Put in the work now to create a successful business in the future.
