One of the best things about being an agent is designing your day any way you want. However, that leaves a lot of room for distractions and slacking. This is the worst thing you can do for your business.
Here are some tips for you to stay focused on your goals and win your days:
Keep a whiteboard in your office and write down what is most important to complete.
Tackle the most important stuff first. Out of that list, do what you're least excited about right away.
Answer your emails before you head into the office so you can focus on the big stuff once you're there.
"I'll do it tomorrow" doesn't work in this industry; don't kick the can down the road. Create a plan each day to execute at a higher level and watch your business grow.
